Log on and learn the essentials of risotto preparation and leave this class with the blueprint to make a perfect risotto time and time again.
During this class, you will make risotto from scratch, using house-simmered stock and finish it with fresh summer vegetables and parmesan cheese. Chef Andrew even has a few ideas up his sleeve on how to use up any leftovers…if you have any!
