Our online products have cut off times and all depends on the product. It may be a little as 24 hr. notice up to 72 hour notice required. We are a scratch kitchen so time is required to make our yummy fresh food for you to enjoy.

What to expect
Our Delivery team arrives within 30 minutes prior to the intended serve time, and will set up the food & beverages offerings, place any signage, and make sure your catering is Guest-Ready before hitting the road.
What about serving utensils?
Our pricing includes the vessel the food is presented on (platters, containers and lids).
If you are looking for cutlery, cups, and/or serving utensils such as tongs, ladles and serving spoons these must be ordered separately as they are not included in our menu pricing.
Our disposableware is available in the online store or we can help you add these items to your order!
Unable to recycle or compost in the office? We are happy to schedule a waste pick up and dispose of the remains in the appropriate channels for an additional fee. Give us a call for more details.
FAQ | Catering Deliveries
When do you deliver?
Catering Delivery is available 5 days a week between 7 am and 4 pm Monday to Friday and requires a minimum spend of $300 to have delivery services.
Order requests below this minimum can select our pick up option.
Delivery outside of our regular hours (Evenings & Weekends) may be available and will require a minimum spend and is based on availability.
What are your delivery charges?
A delivery fee will apply for all orders and rates are based on location (postal code/distance) and the day/time of the delivery.
Upon check out of your online order and once you've entered a delivery address the online system will pick up the postal code. If you are part of our regular delivery area a deliver fee will pop up on the pricing line. If a delivery fee does not pop up than we may have missed your postal code in our system or you require a custom rate due to the location requested- Contact us directly via phone (902 832 5213) or email email@example.com for further inquiry
What time is the food delivered?
Delivery windows are 30-45 minutes prior to your selected delivery time to allow for arrival logistics including parking, off loading, travel to set up location, set up and departure time.
Onsite contact person required!
Please ensure delivery access is always available to your location. Please ensure that you provide us with a contact person and their mobile number. If access is not available at the agreed time of delivery or the contact person is not available by phone, the driver may have to return at a later time resulting in an additional delivery fee, or the delivery may be canceled at the discretion of Kitchen Door.
