In this virtual class, we will show you how to make a quick and easy spice blend that will take your beautiful beefy burgers to the next level, then top with our favourite burger sauce! We also have a tasty Caesar Salad on the menu, can you say yummy!

Receive your ingredient list before class so you can do the shopping. Then join in via Zoom to learn how to put those ingredients to good use!

Let us take care of the shopping for this Virtual Class! Your ticket will come with a pre-portioned Ingredient Box, which can be delivered or picked up on the day of your class (between 12-6).

Each ingredient box will make two portions of your selected class menu – perfect for cooking with your partner or friend in the same kitchen or for leftovers if you are cooking by yourself (i.e. you only need one ticket per two people if cooking in the same kitchen.)
Note: for those that are still wanting to participate in Burger Week, but are not looking to attend a Virtual Cooking Class, we also have an awesome take-home kit!
Kimchi Burger Kit: Locally sourced beef patty with a bulgogi glaze served up on a fluffy Halifax Bread Factory burger bun, topped with toasted sesame mayo, pickled cucumbers, and Chloe’s kimchi. We promise this burger will transport your tastebuds! Available as a take-home kit (1, 2 & 4-person portion sizes) for curbside pick-up or delivery October 27-30.
$5 from each ticket will be donated to Feed Nova Scotia.
