Our Recommendation 

  • Best used for buffet and plattered items
  • Serving Tongs - recommended for platters and buffet items. We suggest 1 tong per platter or buffet item. If you have multiple platters of the same item and are only going to offer 1 platter at time then 1 tong should suffice. If you are doing to display more than one platter at a time then we recommend 1 tong per platter displayed.
  • Spoons - recommend for dips, chutneys and individual items that require a spoon
  • Serving Spoon - Great for Buffet items such as scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes and sauces such as our Butter Chicken
