Every year, the team at Kitchen Door receives hundreds of inquiries from couples who are embarking on a journey together - marriage. We are lucky to be such a memorable part of our client’s special day and are often in awe at the stunning scenery and views at locations across the province.
Our talented teams travel all over the province (and into neighbouring provinces as well, but that is for another post) mostly in the summer and fall seasons. Nova Scotia has such an amazing landscape - between the rugged coastlines at Shobac Cottages or the white sandy beaches covering much of N.S.’s 13,000 km+ coastline to some stunning vineyards including Lightfoot & Wolfville’s or Benjamin Bridge in our own unique wine region, the Annapolis Valley – the province certainly has some of the most beautiful, scenic and stunning backdrops for your special day. If the city skyline is more your style, downtown Halifax offers some incredible options – the historical Maritime Museum of the Atlantic right on the Halifax waterfront or the architectural masterpiece that is the Halifax Central Library, our little city has unique venues from historical to modern.
Nova Scotia is rich in history and no matter where you go, you will be met with our maritime culture and people. Iconic lighthouses, rocky cliffs, century barns and stunning spaces, the province is the perfect place to host your special day – your guests will enjoy many unique local amenities while creating lasting memories of your very special day.
