Date Night in Rome – Virtual Cooking Class

Take your date night to the next level with this hands-on three-course Italian-inspired cooking class!

In this class, you will stroll through classic Italian recipes with the help of your partner, each featuring simple, fresh and delicious ingredients. Don’t worry; your passport isn’t required!

On the menu:

  • Italian Chopped Salad with romaine, radicchio, chickpeas, red onion, celery, tomatoes, pepperoncini pepper, salami, provolone and oregano vinaigrette.
  • Spaghetti Carbonara
  • Lemon Olive Oil Cake with wine-poached strawberries

Either way, our Kids Cook Supper Club has you covered! During these classes, your Junior Chef will explore new flavours, learn the basics of food preparation, and increase their confidence in technical skills that can be used for years to come. Our goal is to leave them excited to help in the kitchen at home and have fun experimenting with some of their favourite dishes – while making dinner for the whole family!

In this class, your Junior Chef will be learning the fine art of making Tacos from scratch, with some fun toppings!

Gnocchi is a variety of pasta consisting of various thick, small, and soft dough dumplings made primarily from potatoes. Whether you opt for Marinara sauce or bake these Classica Italian pillows with meat and cheese, Gnocchi is a versatile and easy meal idea!

In this virtual class, we will show you how to make your own Potato Gnocchi with ease, and then dress them up with a simple Browned Butter, Sage & Lemon Sauce.
