Risotto 101 – Virtual Cooking Class

Risotto, once a peasant food, is now a staple on restaurant menus across the world. This creamy and delightful comfort food is entirely versatile, making it the perfect dish for using up any summer veggies from your farmer’s market order or plucked from your garden this year. Log on and learn the essentials of risotto preparation and leave this class with the blueprint to make a perfect risotto time and time again.
During this class, you will make risotto from scratch, using house-simmered stock and finish it with fresh summer vegetables and parmesan cheese. Chef Andrew even has a few ideas up his sleeve on how to use up any leftovers…if you have any!
