CURBSIDE PICK-UP TIMES

Tuesday to Friday: 12:00 NOON – 6:00 PM, Excluding Public Holidays

Saturdays: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm, Excluding Public Holidays

1-hour notice items (category): can be picked up the same day the order is placed – order cut off is 3 pm Tuesday-Friday and 11 am on Saturdays

24-hour notice items (category): orders must be placed by 1 pm for next-day pick-up (Tuesday through Saturday)

48-hour notice items (category): orders must be placed by 1 pm two days in advance of pick-up date (Tuesday through Saturday)

CORPORATE DELIVERIES

WEEKENDS, PUBLIC HOLIDAYS & CUSTOM DELIVERIES

MINIMUM ORDER

There is no minimum order for curbside pick-up or deliveries within our regular parameters

DELIVERY FEES

Delivery fees are based on your postal code and the distance from our location in Dartmouth (110 Higney Ave. Suite 100). If your postal code does not appear, please fell free to enquire with our team directly: foodshop@kitchendoor.ca or call 902-832-5213 Monday – Friday (9-4)

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

The more information you provide us the better. At checkout, be sure to double check that your full address is entered accurately. If there is more information you can provide such as “leave at side door instead of the front door” or “please don’t ring the doorbell as my baby will be sleeping”, please be sure to include that too so our drivers are aware.

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY?

For food only orders, if you are not home the order will be left at the door. You may also designate a safe spot for the food to be left. Our driver will contact you on the phone number provided in you order if it is left unattended.

If your order contains any alcohol, we are not able to leave the delivery under any circumstances. Any orders containing alcohol MUST be accepted by the person who placed the order who is over the age of 18. This person will be required to show proof of identify with current, valid ID. Failure to comply may lead to your delivery not being completed.Minimum spend required, please contact our team.
