CURBSIDE PICK-UP TIMES
Tuesday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Excluding Public Holidays
Saturdays: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm, Excluding Public Holidays
1-hour notice items (category): can be picked up the same day the order is placed – order cut off is 3 pm Tuesday-Friday and 11 am on Saturdays
24-hour notice items (category): orders must be placed by 1 pm for next-day pick-up (Tuesday through Saturday)
48-hour notice items (category): orders must be placed by 1 pm two days in advance of the pick-up date (Tuesday through Saturday)
DELIVERY DAYS & TIMES
Tuesday to Friday: Deliveries will arrive anytime between 1:00 pm and 5:00 PM, excluding Public Holidays. The delivery route depends on the number and location of the day’s deliveries. If you have not received your meal by 5:00 pm, please contact us and we will attempt to reach the driver. Rarely, inclement weather or bad traffic prevents our meal from arriving before 4:30.

There is no minimum order for curbside pick-up or deliveries within our regular parameters
Delivery fees are based on your postal code and the distance from our location in Dartmouth (110 Higney Ave. Suite 100). If your postal code does not appear, please feel free to enquire with our team directly: email@example.com or call 902-832-5213 Monday – Friday (9-4)
DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS ( UPON CHECK OUT)
The more information you provide us the better. At checkout, be sure to double-check that your full address is entered accurately. If there is more information you can provide such as “leave at side door instead of the front door” or “please don’t ring the doorbell as my baby will be sleeping”, please be sure to include that too so our drivers are aware.
DO I HAVE TO BE HOME TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY?
Most of our clients are not at home when we deliver. We ask that you place a hard-sided cooler on your porch (or an accessible location) and we will put your order into the cooler. Your cooler should be placed in a shaded area when possible and have a few ice packs in it, especially during the warmer months. Our driver will attempt to contact you on the phone number provided on the order if it is left unattended and to confirm the order has been delivered.
If your order contains any alcohol, we are not able to leave the delivery under any circumstances. Any orders containing alcohol MUST be accepted by the person who placed the order who is over the age of 19. This person will be required to show proof of identity with a current, valid ID. Failure to comply may lead to your delivery not being completed. Minimum spend required, please contact our team.
